Roliphants Farm is owned by Alan and Gill Hopkins who have kindly allowed the Society to locate their headquarters there and use some of the farm's facilities for this. It is situated in the valley of the River Lowman (a tributary of the River Exe) approximately 3 miles from Tiverton and 4 miles from the M5 (Junction 27), 1/4 mile along a private lane off a minor road.  

Sheep form the main enterprise and a large flock is kept here and neighbouring Landrake Farm plus off land in the Exe valley. A subsidiary enterprise produces vegetables and free range eggs sold in Tiverton. Roliphants Farm is 72 acres of level land bordered by streams and the river Lowman. 5 acres of wet woodland (mainly Alder and Willow carr). Three fishing ponds plus several smaller ponds with considerable invertebrate and amphibian interest. We actively encourage wildlife with feeders and nestboxes.

Another facility the farm has to offer is the conference/meeting room which is ideal for presentations to small groups with seating available for up to 20 people.
